Apricot nectar, lime oil and wet slate, with piercing acidity that renders the sweetness almost transparent. Finishes cool and endless.

The Story
A bottle with a past
On slate slopes so steep they are harvested by rope, the Falkenberg family waits each autumn for the precise week when the fog lifts and the berries turn to gold. Some years the wine is simply not made.
“Sweetness is easy. Weightless sweetness takes a century of practice.”
Anneke Falkenberg, Weingut Falkenberg
