The Story

A bottle with a past

Sauvelune's amphitheatre of restanque terraces faces the Mediterranean, and its rosé is a serious wine of Mourvèdre — pale in colour, structured in intent, built for the table rather than the pool.

We make rosé the way our grandfather did: as a red wine that decided to be elegant.
