The Story
A bottle with a past
From a single hillside of ancestor vines planted in 1904 — gnarled, dry-grown survivors that yield barely a bottle per vine. The Kamen family bought the plot at auction in 1987 and has never irrigated it.
“These vines survived a century without our help. The wine asks for the same respect.”
The winemaker, Vinarija Kamen
