The Story
A bottle with a past
The vineyard surrounds a deconsecrated 14th-century convent whose cool stone cloister now shelters the estate's oldest casks. Monks once grew Sangiovese here for sacramental wine; the rows have never known another grape.
“Brunello should feel like warm stone at dusk. 2016 gave us exactly that.”
Tommaso Mirasole, Tenuta Mirasole
